He turned to Parees "uh, no, not me atleast, got permission from the DADA Prof. to uh, explore the woods" he lied smoothly as he looked at shadow who started to growl at the Prefect "Shadow calm down, come here" Jayak said shadow stopped and obeyed sitting in front of jayak watching what was going on.

Parees feels the lieing student..."Ok you will be excused this time, but next time it will be -10 for your house" Parees walks aways with a grin and chuckles and says "Godd night students" She says it like she isnt one but thats Parees. |

"Well, Jayak. I better go and study up for my Potions test. I'll see you soon, okay?" she said, kissing him then walking away, making sure to give Starr the nastiest look she could make without Jayak seeing.

Mirielle watched as Parees left. She also watched as Gene gave Starr a nasty look. She couldn't help but laugh. She was thinking what does she need to worry about, from all that she has heard they will be together forever. She walked up the the group of people and said "Bonjour, Tout le monde."

Starr just smiled after Genevieve until the girl disapeared from sight. She sighed deeply and turned back to Jayak, "Well I guess I just made a new friend," she said sarcastically. "It looks like you've got yourself a jealos girlfriend, Jayak." She looked over his shoulder to the spot where Genevieve disapeared, "But she should know she doesn't have to worry about anything..." her voice trailed away as another girl approached them.
"Hi," Starr greeted the girl, offering her a friendly enough smile. She tilted her head to the side but shrugged off what the girl had said, having no clue what it was anyway. "Um, I'm Starr," she just decided to introduce herself, not sure what to say next.

"Hi, my name is Mirielle, and what I said was "hi, everyone" and why did you just call my friend jealous?" Mirielle just stood there and tapped her foot on the ground waiting for the girl to reply.

Starr gazed at Mirielle for a moment, "I guess I should correct myself then, maybe I was the only one that saw it," her gaze turned back to where Genevieve disapeared, "She seemed a little hostile towards me I guess. But it doesn't matter..." her voice trailed away, still gazing after Genevieve with a thoughtful expression across her facial features. "Maybe I should apologize ..." she muttered, more to herself than to Jayak and Mirielle. Suddenly turning back to Mirielle and Jayak she forced a polite smile, "And it was nice to meet you Mirielle."

He pointed down at shadow "this is shadow," he said and smiled happy that they changed the subject off of him and genevieve or atleast that's what he hoped was going on "so um uh, yeah right" he mumbeled as shadow stayed infront of him sitting down.

"it's a boy and i found him out in the woods when i was five so we've been together for a while" he said and smiled happily finally knowing that they were already off the subject shadow who was very anxious cautiously walked over to her and sniffed her then moved his head over to her hand wanitng her to pet him.

He smiled and waved goodbye to Mirielle then turned to starr with the same smile "don't worry about those two... i don't know what's wrong with them today... anyways i got to get going i'll see you around." he said and walked down the hall with shadow on the side of him.
