Hi, I'm Chloé Delacour and I am half Veela, half witch. I was born in London, England but moved to Orange Country, California, America when I was four years old. I am a very sociable person and enjoying hanging with my friends at the beach or at the mall. Attending Beauxbatons was my parents idea and I was all for it because I really wanted to learn about the magical world as I had been living in the muggle one for so long.
