History:
she was born in finland and raised in to a demonic/witch family. Her father was a demon and her mother a witch. She lived a good life with them all but at the age of 7 her demonic side became stronger as she learned to control it through her father's help. at the age of 9 she was in to magic as well and her mother showed her how to do spells and charms. at the age of 11 she got in to this school and moved here with her parents for that reason. At the age of 15 her mother was killed in a plane accident and this was a big shock to her really. she then helped out with whatever was needed around the house for her father. she is now an averge student and always goes home to her father on the holidays to help him out.

Appearance: Short dark brown hair, Hugh has a nice tan that is natural from his mother’s Australian blood, his father is American. His eyes are a dark brown and very soulful. They can make a person feel like Colt can read their very soul when he looks at them. He stands 6’2 already and hopes that he doesn’t get any higher. He gets his height from his father’s side since his mother only stands 5’6. He likes to wear comfortable clothing like t-shirts and jeans, but will wear a suit or a tux if the event is right. Mannerisms: Hugh is a player, he knows the ladies like his looks and his accent. The lad is not afraid to sweet talk, and use his charm when he wants but he also has the gentleman in him. Little known facts: Hugh’s Mother was a witch, unknown to his father when they met. After Hugh was born the two separated and for a bit of time Hugh would visit each of his parents at equal times. But soon the time with his mother grew shorter and shorter until he no longer visited the woman who ended up disappearing out of his and his father’s life. Hugh attended schools in the US until his father moved out to Spain for a new life and a career. The summer before Hugh was to be a senior in the school in El Vivo he received the letter to attend a new school. He ahs yet to write to his friend Lucio and let him know he is now once again attending the same school as the Shy Spaniard.

Chii is a Chobit (an extremely advanced persocom that possesses a very powerful processor and highly developed programming) that Hideki found in a pile of trash on his way home one night. When she was first activated, Chi was unable to communicate properly, only being able to say "Chi", which causes Hideki to name her that. Chi remembers nothing of her past life or how to do the simplest of things, so Hideki takes it upon himself to teach her and take care of her.

Before she was found by Hideki and named Chi, her name was Elda. She was the second Chobit produced by Ichiro Mihara. Elda was created after Hibiya noticed that Freya, the first Chobit, was becoming increasingly depressed as time went by. Elda was created to be Freya's little sister, in an effort to make her happy. In the anime, it is explained that Hibiya reset Elda's memories after her husband's death. However, in the manga, Elda lost her memories as a consequence of taking in her ailing sister's heart. Some time after, Hideki found her and brought her home. Elda's memories were on the disc which was accidentally left in the garbage when Hideki salvaged her.

After she is activated, Chi proceeds to start learning about the environment around her, and makes some hilarious mistakes in the process, such as imitating a pornographic pose from one of Hideki's magazines or calling everyone and everything "Hideki". Eventually, when Chi starts communicating properly and learns enough about her environment to be able to function in it, she gets a job at Hiroyasu Ueda's bakery.

Chi also houses the resident consciousness of her fellow Chobit, Freya, who is Chi's Sister (there are not two Chi's just two Chobits). Freya occasionally contacts Chi to inform her of something important, or to intervene in a time of need. Both Chobits possess many remarkable abilities, including the ability to release an extremely powerful concussive blast from their bodies should the need arise for them to defend themselves, levitation and some telekinetic ability.

After Elda took on Freya's heart, her last request before losing consciousness was to be left alone outside, away from her family, so that there would be no possibility the same fate that befell her sister could befall her. Before doing this, however, her father gave her a "gift"; this gift was a program, designed to do one thing: If, in her new life, Chi failed to find the Person Just for Her, she would connect to every persocom on the planet and execute a program that would delete the individual-recognition abilities of every single persocom, so that they would never be able to distinguish one person from another ever again. If Chi failed to find the Person just for Her, it stood to reason that other persocoms would suffer the same fate as well. The purpose of this program was to spare the persocoms of the world the pain of unrequited love. In the anime, this program appears to have an alternate effect: If Chi found the Person just for her, all persocoms would be granted the ability to either love or feel emotion. The reason for this is since Ichiro Mihara, Chitose Hibiya late husband, helped create the persocoms, he viewed them as his children. His dying wish was that if Chi were to find someone who loved her in return, all his children would be able to share in this happiness by being able to feel emotions the way humans do.

History: Winry was born to Lisa Rockbell and Richard Rockbell shortly after her birth her father decides he doesn't want to be married with kids so young. So Winry's mother becomes a single mother she works two jobs that way winry can have what she wants. Shortly after father leaves her mother finds out that she is pregnant she decides to keep and nine months later winry has a little sister Amelia. Lisa Rockbell would do anything to make her kids happy which she does by working two jobs and has winry babysit while she is at work winry doesn't care she likes playing with her little sister.

Personality:Winry is a sweet,loveing,talented young lady. Even though sometimes she can get angry because her mom isn't ever home but then her mom tells her every time "I am not home because I want you and your sister to have everything I didn't have" she knows this is coming when they start to argue.

Appearance: Winry has long blonde hair with blue eyes. She has a scar on her knee from falling down when she was twelve. For some reason winry never gets pimples but she also has her share of moles she has 3 so far one on her ankle,one on the base of her neck and the other on her thigh.

There are not enough words to describe Mei strange personality. You might not find a weirder person out there, but you might find her boring as well. It depends on what kind of people you like. Mei likes anything out of the ordinary, anything that catches her eye, anything that pretty much nobody else has. She wants to be the first to do something, she wants to discover and learn, and most importantly, lead. She is not a follower.

Mei is sensitive. A little over dramatic at times, but she keeps it in check. For example, if a stranger insults her, she will use her extensive vocabulary to fight back (instead of using curse words.) But, if someone she loves insults her, she takes it to heart. Another thing, Mei loves...love. She fell in love once, and her heart was broken, yes, same old story, but she keeps looking for new love. She loves laughing and she loves it when guys make her laugh. She likes attention from guys and when they compliment her, just like any girl. But she can be shy, when she first meets someone. Of course this contradicts her outgoing personality. She is up for any dare and would kiss a stranger, simply because she knows she will never see that person again, but when it comes to real life, and people she knows she’s stuck with, she tends to be a little more conservative. Old fashioned at heart, she never makes the first move. But once it is made, she takes the lead. She never starts anything, she is the one that finishes it.

Not weird enough yet? Well, its getting there. When Mei was 13, she was diagnosed by a mortal doctor. She had the bipolar disorder. Her family thought that was absolutely ridiculous, but the chemistry in her brain was messed up, and there was proof. It would explain her contradicting personality quirks and her odd behavior. Sometimes Mei is hyper, other times she wants to be left alone. Most teenagers are like that, but not to this extent. She is currently off her medications due to the fact that her pureblood family refuses to accept that their daughter has a mental disorder (“diagnosed by those d**n muggles.”)

Basically, Mei is a nice girl. She is friendly towards everyone, if they are friendly towards her. But, once somebody is mean to her, she is stubborn and won’t back off. She never stops arguing once she starts, and she always wants her word to be the last word. That is what happens when a girl is an only child. It is a good thing though, that everyone think she is a sweetheart, because if one person says something negative about her, everyone looks at that one person in disbelief.

Mei has pretty much no temper. Things anger her quite easily and she also extremely destructive towards those who hurt her. (Which isnt a great trait, she being an empath and feeling what others feel.)
