What you need to know before posting your own journal/thread.

The RP Rules and Beauxbatons' Rules have to be respected.

• THESE ARE IN CHARACTER JOURNALS !!
  
• Even if it's supposed to be a piece of paper that keeps your thoughts and secrets well hidden, you still can't write anything too sexual, or about drugs and alcohol.
  
• You are allowed to post only once a day. If you feel like adding more, you can modify your day's post! Because post count has been turned on for this forum, you are only allowed to post once every two days. For example, if you post on a Monday at 8:00 pm your time, you cannot post again until Wednesday 8:00 pm again. Anything more and I will delete the post and have your post count lowered according to the new Post Count Rules as it will be considered spam.

If you are found doing this then you will lose 5 posts off your post count and 2 points off your karma per offense. This is for the first offense, the next time you will lose 1 more karma point for each time after that. So if you do it again, you lose another 5 posts, plus 3 karma this time. • Use proper grammar and do a "spell check" before posting
  
• No one-liners, at least a paragraph per post. Now that post count has been turned on for this forum, your posts must be more than one paragraph, and must instead be three paragraphs. Writing lyrics or a poem does not count toward the three paragraphs.
  
• No Autoing! which means that you can't write about an event involving someone else on Beauxbatons, that hasn't been RPed, unless you want to be considered as the world's hugest liar!! ;D
  
• It is obvious that only the owner of the journal can post in the thread
  
• You can post poems and quotes that you have found on the internet, but please write down the author or the website that you have gotten them from. Also, we require that you dont only use the journal for writing down poetry. This ties into the rule stated earlier about writing three paragraphs--you can use one of those paragraphs to write about the poem or lyrics written above.
  
• Please do not use images that other people have made without crediting them. It is very similar to stealing, and will not be tolerated.
  

Other Suggestions

• You can still write your character's thoughts about some other people. Besides, it's a journal. Just don't be very mean, especially if you haven't RPed with that person, lol.
  
• Don't take anything personally. For once more, it's IN CHARACTER Besides you're not supposed to have access to anyone's journal, so you can't just attack the journal's owner neither OOC nor IC saying "OMFG, what did you write in your journal about me?" lol
  
• Be creative. Use colours, maybe some images of your character with his/her friends, write down your character's FEELINGS and THOUGHTS.You can even post a picture of your journal! PASSWORD: humpernickle
