Bio: Chloë was born in Foix, France. She grew up all over the world though. She is the middle child of the Delacroixs. She has two older siblings, and two younger siblings. Chloë went to hogwarts instead of Beauxbatons when she started schooling, because one of her older sister's had gotten a job there. Chloë's family is filthy rich, it's not even funny.
After finnishing her school, she moved to Italy for a short period of time, her parents bought her a rather large home. After getting sick of loneliness in a large house alone Chloë moved back to France in hope of a job.
She now works here at Beauxbaton's Academy of Magic as the professor of Divination. Chloë specializes in wandless magic and you will often see her without her wand.
Appearence: 5' long, midway down her back brown hair with bangs. Dark brown eyes that have small hearts in them that flicker, flash, glisten, and glow. The hearts are also known to make her eyes change colors. She's often caught with various colors for hair. She finds it hard to stay with one for an extensive period of time.
