[Fleur Johnas]

"Its nice to meet you Kacey. Better late than never, as my papa would say. Its no trouble. I'm glad that you came over to help. I'm Fleur Johnas and this is my second year." Fleur smiled at both girls as her orb did its job. This was one of the times when she was glad she was a light talent. It really made a difference in making bad events better. She beamed with delight as she saw the flicker of hope in Esperanza's eyes.

Esperanza tried standing after putting her uniform on. Fleur noticed that her legs were still a little wobbly, but to Esperanza's credit, she didn't give up. Fleur laughed lightly as Esperanza gave a similar cheer, before she fell bad back. She swished her hands apart, and the ball of light dissolved. "Need a hand, Esperanza?" she asked.

Even without the orb, Esperanza still felt that glimmer of hope as she smiled up at Fleur and answered quietly, "Yes, please." Resisting the urge to curse her weak legs again, the little first year looked down at them, as if staring at them would make her bones grow faster. Esperanza still has a lot to learn at Beauxbatons, but at least Esperanza now feels that she isn't entirely alone. Only just a little. Remembering the other student, Kacey, she looked at the 16 year old and politely said,

"I thank you for not telling anyone about what I am, considering I don't even know myself." Struggling once more, Esperanza tried to get up without dirtying her uniform. It is still quite a mess but fortunately, Esperanza doesn't have any more classes so she doesn't have to look pretty for them (not like she was pretty before, for she still believes that she isn't very pretty).

[Kacey Zebec]

Kacey had zoned out slightly and was looking out across the lake which mirrored the tall mountains to the sides of it. She studied the ripples made by the breeze, and the colors reflected on it, which left a smile on her face. Her mind immediately went to her sketch book, thinking she could probably use chalk or some paint later to try and recreate the picture back in her dorm.

She turned back towards the two girls which she had just learned the names of, and returned the smile to Fleur as she introduced herself. She seemed to be the kind of girl who knew what she was doing, which was definitely not a bad thing. Kacey was the type of girl who always fumbled with whatever she was doing, and unless she had practiced many times, she usually would mess up.

"it's not a problem." Kacey said to Esperanza, regarding her comment about her secret. "I've been there in a sense. Not exactly your case of course. But we all have our secrets. Some big, others little. It's safe with me." She gave another smile, and stuck her hands in her pockets. "Can I help you back to your room, or to grab you something to eat as you head back to your dorm? I can bring you some dinner or something. You look tired. I could do the same for you Fleur, It's not a problem." Kacey offered.

Fleur smiled as Esperanza accepted her help. She gave Esperanza her hand, helped her stand, and didn't let go until she was stable on her feet. She was glad that Kacey wouldn't tell anyone about Esperanza's scales. It hard not knowing what one was, without everyone speculating. That was the one good thing about being a fairy, and having wings. She knew what she was, and could explain to others if they didn't.

Kacey was right about secrets. Everyone does have them and while some are out in the open, others are keep in dark. Fleur smiled at Kacey as she offered to help Esperanza get back to their dorm, and getting both of them some food. The idea definitely had merit. "That would be lovely, Kacey. Thank you." Fleur then turned to Esperanza. "Do you think you can walk back to our dorm? Kacey and I can help if you need it."

At Kacey's mention of food, Esperanza felt an earthquake erupt in her stomach. She smiled sheepishly at the other two girls and said, "I could do with some food right now. Thank you." Suddenly, Esperanza felt as if her legs suddenly snapped into their rightful place. Finally she decided to try one last time...and she stood on both of her feet like a proud peacock. Esperanza smiled happily at Kacey and Fleur and looked down, but soon found that her appearance still left a lot to be desired.

"Is there any way I can fix this?" She asked the others. Esperanza began to feel very subconscious and started to wrap herself with whatever she had.

Fleur laughed slightly as her keen fairy eyes heard Esperanza's stomach growling. Food did sound good. She returned Esperanza's smile as she stood firmly on her own two feet. Esperanza looked down at her uniform and asked. "Is there any way I can fix this?"

"There's a spell, but I don't if you've learned it yet. Here." Fleur took her wand out the side pocket of her coat. She waved it is a s-motion, and muttered the spell under breath. The dirt fell down, like rain, leaving Esperanza's uniform looking clean, if a bit wrinkled, but that could be fixed by a good ironing.

[Kacey Zebec]

Kacey watched as the spell Fleur performed caused the dirt to fall off Esperanza's uniform. Esperanza seemed to be looking a little better, a little hopeful if nothing else. Or at least that's what Kacey got out of it, and she hoped she could help in anyway that she could. Hopefully the food might make her a little happier as well, or calm her nerves somehow.

"would you like me to help you back to your room first before I get you food? Fleur and I are more than willing to help." Kacey asked and scooted closer to them to help. "and is there anything in particular that sounds good for dinner that they could have on the table tonight?"

[Amanda James]

Amanda rushed out of class. She wasnt normally this tired but she was today. Her teacher had assigned her a 12 paged parchment that was due in two days. She decided that she should go for a dip in rhe lake. She changed into her swimsuit and rushed out of the cossu common room. The air outside aas warm, and Amanda nedded to get wet. She approached the lake with caution. She wanted to make sure that there were know big prople.

She saw a group of three rouerie girls who appeared to be about her age. She did not know them but had seen some in the halls. Amanda walked up to the girls slowly.
"excusez moi? Um, hi. I was wondering if I could join you guys? Class was really intense today and I haven't anything to do" she said to one of the girls.
