Long brown hair that reaches a few inches below her shoulders. Dark dark blue eyes that tend to flash when she's angry or thinking hard. Friendly, warm smile and laughter that bubbles out of her when she's happy.
Family background/History:
Starr came from an "okay" family until she turned 14. Her brother suddenly went missing and no one could find him. She had been going to school at Trio's Hogwarts and reccently was transfered when her parents found out that she knew why her brother went missing. Her parents are now outlaws but Starr has yet to find out why.
