♠ A loud sneeze, some sort of dust getting inside his nose with a deep breath and a pretty much amusing sound coming from his snout as the sun entered the dorm with a progressive pace, making its way through the dark room and the objects within its walls. In the middle of the place where the light could barely touch it, covering himself with velvet warm comfortable sheets in a huge mattress, a bloke was cloaking himself from the day, hoping to be able to have a few more minutes of sleep before actually having to wake up and start the morning routine with tiredness reflected on his face. Whining, the animal crawled upon him just after jumping to the bed, sniffing over him while poking his owner with his feet, removing the sheets with his tiny fangs as he was making his best to make Alcott going outside of his somnolence. Pulling the cloak on him, the lad attempted to ignore the annoying dog barking softly at his ears, shoving him with his hands to get some peace, perhaps convinced that it was going to work on a puppy that thought it could be a perfect day to have a walk on the outtakes with his master beside him. Growling, the puppy was getting upset with the lack of attention from Alcott, who was more interested in resting a bit more than spoiling his new pet. The dog had arrived just a few days ago, so he was getting use to have it around him, sniffing and barking for almost everything. Such a responsibility was entertaining for him, even more with the care and love he had for those furry creatures. It was a dark golden retriever, a little golden puppy with a sort of brown color, thus his name was simple and delicious; chocolate. Chocolate had his collar and his bowl for eating, since Alcott liked to make him happy without exaggerating. The very same day he received him, a Snowy Owl came too, Snowflake, whose pair of orbs were fixated on the disturbing scene. For a London fellow accustomed to loneliness, companion was good, despite of how demanding it could be.
♣ Reluctantly, Alcott got onto his feet with a flicker being cautious of not pushing Chocolate out from the bed and help all sorts of injuries. He stroked the puffy little ball of hair as straightening up, taking a small walk towards the cage where the owl was fluttering its wings for a little bit of movement from its position. He smiled at him while being followed by the puppy, almost stepping his own feet, but having extreme ware at not stepping the small animal. He had never been on that situation before, looking at every footstep to escape from Chocolate without hurting him. After running he shut the door closed behind him, glancing himself at the giant mirror of the bathroom to notice he had some saliva over him. Not doubting a second about it he got undressed and took a shower ipso facto, now putting his clothes inside the small room. Ever since they arrived to his life, Alcott had to do a lot of changes, including the robes inside the bathroom in an inner wardrobe where everything was sorted out almost like magic. The old trunk was hidden under his desk, and the other stuff was neatly placed on the furniture, without showing any mess. Although he thought everything was being exactly the same, he was sure some matters had changed for good and some for improvements though, and now he had to look after two beings, feed them, play, and all the things someone has to do for them. He sighed and peered at the outfits hung in front of them. He only needed to pick one from the distance and grab it when he was ready to put it on. Things were so much easier like that than in the past, and he was glad it was this way now. The door gave off steam as Alcott strutted outside, wearing a pair of sunglasses due the intensity of sun, which was unbearable for him at the moment – especially when he had just waken up from a very alluring dream.
♥ Handing his notebook, he kneed on the floor to get close to his trunk, grasping a leash from the inside to fit it to the collar. If they would wander about, he had to assure Chocolate was not going to escape at all. He grinned to the animal when it tried to lick him on the face as he was putting the leash. He was toying with his fingers, chewing them with his harmless canines until he achieved to hook them, stretching it to ascertain it was thick and unbreakable. Alcott left the common room behind them, carrying Chocolate in his arms, being careful of not being seen by girls that could think of him as a cute guy taking his pet for a walk. Something he loathed was to be called cute or sweet, if he didn’t want it that way. He pressed the handle of the leash within his fist when the lake shore was close enough for him to feel the rushing wind and the fresh breeze with droplets. He stowed Chocolate on the ground and just watched how it was moving clumsily from one side to another and some slow strides, bouncing on the grass with absolute excitement. It was the first time Alcott had taken him outside of the dormitories, and it seemed like he was having fun. Laughter burst the silence with Alcott so concentrated on his amusing pet that he hadn’t even realize if there was people on the surroundings. " You are having a good time... don't you?..."
