For March, there will be a few items added to the menu. Since my manager wasn't aware of my plans for Valentine's Day menu and I was busy off in another world.... hint hint... (I really can't remember my manager's name. Mybe it was Henry? I made him up....lol) I decided to combine Valentine's, Mardi Gras, and St. Patrick's Holidays on this month's menu.
There will be heart shaped, sprinkled, and iced cookies, chocolates galore, and rose petal pancakes in honor of St. Valentine.

In honor of Mardi Gras, there will be King Cakes of three flavors available: Traditional Kng Cake, Praline Pecan filling King Cake, and Strawberry Cream Cheese filling King Cake.
In honor of St. Patrick's Day; Corned Beef and Cabbage, Apple Mash, Irish Soda Bread, and Irish Buttermilk Scones. [/size]
