[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=style, line-height:80%;][atrb=style, width:350px; padding:10px; background:#ffffff;] BECAUSE THEY'RE CALLING ME HOME || COSSU kabes was too busy omnomnoming on her food that she failed to notice the atmosphere around her. there were tons more cossu's eating around her than before and that started her somewhat until she plucked up her meal and found herself wandering down the table looking for someone new to talk to. she knew quite a few students and she didn't mean to sound like she was above everyone, but she needed a new, fresh face to joke with and make smile. of course, there were a few seats that were here and there, but never one that offered a prime seat next to someone awesome. kabes closed her eyes and pointed her finger out, but before she had the chance to open her eyes she had spotted a girl she had seen around but didn't know personally and decided to change that now. it was a meal, and those were sometimes the best times to talk and get to know someone! of course, she was sitting beside a girl kabes knew very well - bonbon was always there when kabes was. they were excellent friends and kabes appreciated having her around. kabes skipped up to them, spilling little bits of milk onto the stone floors. she glanced at them carefully, pursed her lips and decided to continue onto her destination. she plopped herself across from the two girls and grinned widely, "HELLOOOO BONBON!" she declared happily, grabbing an apple from a nearby bowl of fruit. She turned the beautiful, familiar looking girl and quickly introduced herself, "I'm Kabriel. You have the most gorgeous dark hair." she reached across the table and twirled a lock fo the dark haired girl's hair around her fingers, "Gosh, I'd kill for hair like that. How long have you been growing it?" she gasped, her emerald eyes wide and sparkling with excitement and pleasure. "I've seen you around the Cossu dormitories and such. How come I don't know you yet?" she smiled sweetly, propping her chin up on her hands, staring at both girls across the table.
Out of the corner of her eye, Kabes spotted some delicious looking hashbrowns. Once she deduced that no one was going to snatch any up, she 'sneakily' pulled the plate towards her and placed a couple onto her plate. She then proceeded to take her bright pink polished fingers and eat them happily. It was just one of those mornings when someone could just be so happy without even thinking about it. Grinning from ear to ear, she glanced around the hall some more before blurting, "Are you part Veela? Because you're like... super pretty." she nodded enthusiastically after the fact, wide awake now that she was eating the most delicious part of a breakfast. Kabes loved hash browns, and even though it'd be interesting to hear more about this wonderful fact, she quickly noticed some toast. And then her attention changed. Occasionally, Kabes can seem a little more energetic and bubbly than usual. This would be one of those times, when her attention would dart from one instance to the next without a pause in between. Hopefully she wasn't scaring the girl off, because she really was quite beautiful and Kabes wanted to get to know her. Especially since they were in the same house. What a shame it would be if Kabes passed up the opportunity to introduce herself to everyone in her house?
Kabes especially loved meeting new students, and even though she knew this girl wasn't new, she wanted to get to know everyone who'd been there for a while as well. She knew that not everyone knew her either, so there was a chance that this girl didn't know her either, or recognize her. Kabes hoped it wasn't the latter since it would end up being one of those awkward moments where someone says 'oh hey! I remember you from that party we had in the woods!' and then the second person would say 'oh, I've never seen you before'... yeah, Kabes always did her best to remember faces and people. She wasn't too bad at it either, so hopefully this girl would think the same about her.

Aislin meandered into the dining hall, not overly hungry initially. However, as soon as the smell of food wafted and circulated all around her, she could literally almost feel herself drooling. Okay, so maybe she was hungry after all. Very hungry. She walked briskly along the Cossu table, half looking for a familiar face and half looking for an area on the table with the best choice of food. It was not long after reaching half way down the table that Aislin spotted a plate of beautiful, crispy golden potatoey goodness. And, to make matters even more fantastic, there was a Kabes sitting in very close proximity to the magical hashbrowns.
She inched towards Kabes to give her a suprising huggle glomp and was soon on top of her friend, almost strangling her with a bear hug. It was only moments after this that Aislin noticed there was another girl who Kabes had clearly been speaking to before she interrupted them. For a moment she felt a little guilty, but smiled warmly at the unfamiliar face. “Hey!” She offered, happily. This girl, like Kabes, was absolutely stunning AND IT WASN’T FAIR. NOT ONE LITTLE BIT. NOPE. For Kabes, it made sense, because Aislin knew her friend was part-veela. She wasn’t sure how large of a percentage that part was, but nonetheless… It was this remembrance that made Aislin wonder if Kabes’ friend was part Veela like her.
She sat alongside them and made a bee line for the hashbrowns, nomming on them as soon as humanly possible. And ugh, they were so wonderful. “So how’s everyone been, then?” She grinned.

Amanda woke up that morning prety early. She was for that reason, understandably tired. When she saw some more Cossu students waking up, she decided to go have some breakfast. She didnt put on her school robes but went to the dining hall anyway.
Amanda walked down the marble stair case and to the dining hall. She sat beside an older Cossu, as her only friend was a rouerie. Amanda smiled at the girls. She had remembered seeing one or two of them in the common room.
Amanda looked at the table and smiled at the winderful dight of bacon. She picked up three strips and placed them on her plate. Beside the eggs and bagel. Amnda thought about bacon and if bacon had magical properties similar to those of the number seven. How winderful that would be.

Lily woke up, yawning as she did. She had a look around her spacious dorm. Amanda had already gone to breakfast, so Lily pulled on her Robes and made her way to the Dining Chamber.
Lily had a look at her timetable. Her first lesson for today was Charms. She walked into the dining chamber, surprised how many Cossu students were there so late. She had instantly spotted Amanda, and waved her hello. Lily sat down next to her friend and started putting bacon and toast on her plate.
"Hey Amanda" Lily said, starting to eat her bacon. She was excited about today. Lily had Charms, which was one of her favourite subjects! Lily turned to Amanda and said "What lessons do you have today?"

Amanda turned around and saw her friend. "What lessons di you have today?" her friend had asked her. Amanda looked at her schedule. Today she had potions and Astronomy. So that is what she told Lily.
Amanda ate yet another strip of bacon. She just couldn't get enough of that stuff. She put a few more strips on her plate, and started to braid Lily's long blonde hair. She loved the way it was so long and beautiful.
"How do you like it?" she asked. It was in three braids, which had been braiden together in order to form a braided braid. Amy had put flowers every three centimeters. She was actually pretty pleased with the outcome.

"Its lovely!" Lily said, looking in the mirror. Lily then braided Amanda's hair, "But i'm not as good", she added. When Lily had finished, she was quite pleased with the outcome. "What do you think?" She asked.
Lily had some more bacon strips. They were just right, she thought. The tastiness of it melted in her mouth. Both girls were practically fighting over the bacon!
Lily has never eaten so much breakfast. She was having an amazing time, especially spending time with her new friend!

Amanda got the last piece of bacon and placed it carefully on her plate. She decided to eat the egg first and leave the best taste for last. She reached over and fed a piece of toast to her owl, Tawny. She smiled ad she pecked at the toast, which Ashley the pink pygmy puff.
Amy got out her notebook. She was looking at her class schedule for the day. She was really excited for the Charms lesson today. Amy had done twice as much homework as required.
Amy had a sip of the cocoa as she twirled a strand of curls around her finger. She was surprised that the purple nail polish hadn't started to chip as it normally did.

Lily promised this would be the last piece of bacon she would have, and she had a piece of french toast. Lily would eat the french toast first, saving the bacon for later.
Both girls checked their timetables. Lily had Advanced Astromany last, which she was really good at because Lily was taught more then other First Years in her class, as her mother taught her. Lily had Charms as well today, which she was also quite good at.
Lily got out her sketch book and she drew a mini owl on the corner of her doodle page. She showed the picture to Amanda, to see what she thought of it.

Amanda clapped her hands together when Lily showed her the drawing of Holly, her owl. Amy turned around and drew her owl, Tawny. Amanda finished her bacon and started having another egg.
"How is your owl?" she asked her friend as she watched their pygmy puff start dancing together. Amanda had to laugh at that. They were so adorable!
Amy had some orange juice as she started to comb her curly hair.

Lily loved the picture of Tawny Amanda had drawn. Lily doodled the pygmy puffs together, making them a bit cartoony.
Amanda asked Lily how Holly was. "She's fine, and she is settling in well with Tawny!" Lily replied. Both girls watched the Pygmy puffs Ashley and Annie dancing, and Lily and Amanda laughed. Pygmy Puffs were so cute!
Lily doodled some more owls while Amanda had a sip of Orange Juice and combed her hair.

Finally. She was finally sorted. Sabina made her way toward the long table that is the Cossu House's table. She took notice of how active most the girls were and how close they seemed. She wondered if she would ever fit in with them. Merlin, she could only wish any of her friends were here. And maybe even Cole. No matter how irritating the boy was, she was glad she met him even for the shortest of time. Now that she was here, she doubted she would ever see him again. He was the only one who could make her mad and make her feel happy at the same time. A sigh hissed out of her lips.
Ugh. Please tell me they're at least of decent families. She thought irritably and cast a glance at the other students who had filled the seats. She glanced down at her robe and wished she was wearing one of the clothes she designed or the outfit she had put together. It would have been 'Ah-mazing' to show them off to the group.
Daintily, she filled her plate with the food that she could stomach. A piece of brown coloured bread. She wished there was puking pastilles. That would have made her day. She would have consumed the good part, though, and not the part that caused the actual puking. She had no plans on releasing what she had eaten over some daftness. Sabina turned to the others that were seated near her. She dipped her head in a curt bow.
"I'm Sabbie." She muttered. Will she ever fit in or will she stick out like a sore thumb with a tiny pink buri hat? She could only pray that it would be the former. She was tired of having petty arguments and silly encounters. It was too unbecoming for a lady her age, her Grandmere would often point out whenever she went out of line in what Katerina would call "Code of Pureblood Conduct". It was all a lie of course, but the young former Gryffindor didn't need to know that.
