v a m p i r e i s m , Penelope has changed a lot in her many centuries, going from a careless hunter with no mercy to a starved little vampire that refused to feed, and now, one who fed on criminals. It unnerved her at first, to play judge, jury, and executioner, but as it has been for as long as she could remember, there were many pedophiles, rapists and murderers that just needed to be gone. After years of practice, Penelope is quite good at hiding what she is, able to smile and speak without flashing her fangs around like it's nothing. It's true that many people know what she is, but strangers walking by - unless they were sensitive to such things - would not be able to guess she was a vampire.
g e n t l e , In her human life, Penelope had a younger sister, whom she would have given her life for any day. It was hard to see her struggle. While she doesn't have any clue what happened to her and her parents, Penelope became a gentle person. Even as she fed on the men and women who shamed humanity with their wicked ways, she would usually feed on them quickly. Painless. Give them a little piece of false heaven before she sent them to wherever death led.

Her mother, who was just a poor french woman, was charmed by the man and eventually married him. Had two daughters. This was all in the beginning of the fourteenth century.
