Hi,
My name is Rachel Two-Feathers, and I'm RP-aholic
I was born in Roswell, New Mexico in the USA, and of Native American Apache descent.
However, my folks moved us to Australia when we were younger, first Wollongong in NSW then Cairns in Queensland.
I have been living in Brisbane since about '95, when I started studying to become a nurse.. Worked as a pediatric nurse at a children's hospital for awhile then decided to become a doctor.
Wasn't long before I got the surgery bug, and that;s what I have been doing since..
My interests outside of medicine are a bit varied.. I have being playing the violin for a long time and quite good at it - although like most people, it did sound like I sticking my hand up a cat until I got the hang of it.
I do painting with oils and water, and a friend of mine got me into computer graphics - found it hard at first, but after figuring out the basics, find it fun.
I also am into science fiction (Star Wars, Star trek), horror (Supernatural, Stephen King), detective stories (Castle, Sherlock Holmes, Agatha Christie, Raymond Chandler) and fantasy - Dragonlance, Hobbit, Lord of the Rings..
And Harry Potter of course.
Been in a stack of PBEM's and RP sites ranging from Star Trek to Harry Potter to Greek Mythology to Supernatural since uni days. Before that, I used to play Dungeons and Dragons at high school.
But, I've just started on playing the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.
I'm also a bit OCD too, so please don't take advantage of it.. I got so caught up I spent 3 hours straight until like 1 am planning out schedules and banners and stuff *sigh*
