Lily brushed her long, golden hair back into plaits. She looked around her dorm. Seeing as Amanda, her fellow dormie, was asleep, Lily got changed into her usual blue robes and looked out of the window. The sun was shining on Lily, and there were many people playing outside. But Lily had better things to do. She packed her bag with her homework, Sketch book, Quill and sweets. Making sure that Lily didn't wake Amanda, she creeped out of the dorm.
As Lily got to the dining chamber, she sat next to some gossiping Third Years. She scoffed down some bacon and eggs, and then exited the Dining Chamber to go outside.
Lily had heard of The Oak Tree, a popular place for people to hang out. When Lily got there, fortunately there was no one there. Lily sat down and started doing her homework. She only had Defence Against the Dark Against the Dark Arts and Astromany to do. Lily got out her Quill and Parchment and started doing her Astromany homework.

chasing fault lines, OH NO I'M GOING TO BE THERE ALWAYS |
[/div] Kabes ran a hand along one of the pieces of parchment that was completely covered in ink for one of her charms assignments. The new professor, someone she knew personally, was driving all the students bonkers with his absurd workload and happy-go-lucky attitude in class. She, herself, was like that but at times he became a little too hard to manage on her own. She would need reinforcements at some point. Tucking some hair behind her ear, she lightly placed the end of her anchor necklace in between her lips, casually sucking on her pendant as she read through her assignment. She could nearly sense the moment that her eyes glazed over and she didn't seem to care anymore. Somehow she had managed to make it to fourth year, and it was insane considering that she put in little to no work every year. She knew her OWLs were coming up in sixth year, and she always made fun of her brothers and how the Hogwarts OWLs were done in their fifth year. Sort of gave her a leg up, all that extra tutoring from seven older brothers. Remus and Dustin had a lot of advantage being younger than Kabes, with all the help they'd get preparing, it was a wonder they didn't all get Outstanding's on everything. She glanced around the library, noticing how empty it was. Probably because everyone was out to lunch. She sighed and rolled up her parchment, wrapping it up with some twine and placing it neatly in her bag. She snapped the clasps shut and made her way to the dining chamber where she encountered a fair number of students that she knew. Disregarding the rules entirely, Kabes took a seat at the Rouerie table. It helped that people were dressed in their casual muggle clothes, so she didn't mind sitting at a table that belonged to a house of which she wasn't a member. She smiled and laughed with some of her Rouerie friends, wondering where on earth her two best friends, Otis and Lily, had disappeared to. Regardless, she wandered around the chamber, greeting friends here and there and realized that summer was soon approaching and all she was doing was planning the wedding of the year! She needed something more... public. Licking her lips, she pulled out some spare parchment and a quick quotes quill. She realized that now would be a good time to jot down ideas and notes. Clearing her throat on her way out of the dining chamber, she made her way towards the grounds, feeling as though a walk in the beautiful outdoors would stimulate her mind a little more. Humming along, she began to spew out ideas, "That pillow fight? Maybe we could have another! Or... no..." she pondered, tapping her lip as the quill and parchment floated beside her. "I suppose something of a beach party? But didn't we already do that for prom? I think maybe something more fun and unique. A boat cruise! A boat ride!" she exclaimed, startling some students studying on the grounds. She apologized as she hopped along, a little skip and bounce in her step, towards the lake and the oak tree that sat near it. She smiled cheerfully at the beautiful water, smiling at it's glistening lights. "Perchance an undersea adventure! We could go down in balloons and... oh wait." she stopped and stared at the lake, knowing that it hid many secrets beneath it's surface. "No, no. It'd be lovely if everyone survived. Scratch all that." she sighed and wandered towards the oak tree, where she noticed someone sat already. She recognized the girl from her house but she hadn't yet spoken to her yet. It appeared as though she was studying or reading or doing something rather independent, so Kabes did the absolute normal thing. "HELLO!" she exclaimed happily, skipping up to the girl as though she wasn't already occupied. "How're you? Lovely day, isn't it? What're you reading?" she asked in a string of words nearly slurring together. The girl loved meeting others, and her adoration of acquaintances and friendships made the whole ordeal that much more fun and easy for Kabes to accomplish. She liked the idea of knowing nearly everyone at Beauxbatons and hoped to get to actually know everyone (of course there were too many students to know personally). As Lily finished off her Defence Against the Dark Arts homework, she saw a girl walk towards her. Lily had seen this girl before, as they were in the same house.
"HELLO!" "How're you? Lovely day, isn't it? What're you reading?" This girl was very chatty, and Lily was slightly taken aback, but this girl was extremely friendly. Lily didn't know where to start. "Hello, i'm just finishing off my homework." She had replied.
Once she finished her homework, Lily felt she had to say something. "So, what is your name? My name is Lily." She awaited for an answer.
