 The air was cold. Snow was falling in wisps and Claire, dressed in her most winter-y outfit, needed a drink to warm her before heading back to the Beauxbatons castle. She strolled casually into the modernized tea shop. A single seat sat alone with a matching wooden table. Claire strode towards it and read the menu.
Claire made up her mind. She decided to have the regular green tea with a small muffin on the side. While waiting for a server, Claire read a muggle book titled, "The Great Gatsby". It fascinated her at how good muggles were at crafting stories. Though her mother and father were muggles (with the exception of her mum having traces of veela), Claire had been a wizard for so long she was accustomed to be amazed by them. Living in the wizard world had showed her how easy life could be.
Claire finished a chapter of her book and began to sketch. As hard as it was, Claire waited for Loni to take her simple order. Her sketch started as just a seashell but panned into an aquatiic scene with grindlylows, merfolk, and more. Proud of her beautiful masterpiece, Claire kept it on the table. Lily wrapped her winter cloak in tighter. Small wisps of snow fell in Lily's hair. Who would of known that it was Summer, when snow was falling upon them? Lily smiled and kicked some snow with her foot. Lily loved snow, but preferred the sun better. Lily went to Hogsmeade alone, as her best friend Amanda was to young to go yet. While walking around the streets of Hogmeade, of which were full of people, Lily wondered where she should go first. Lily had gone to many shops already, but felt like having a cup of warm Hot Chocolate and a pastry. Lily walked on, looking for a nice place to fulfil her desires. Lily looked at the Hog's Head Inn, but found it to dodgy. The sign was half hanging on the door, and the place was all dirty. Lily saw men it hooded cloaks in there, some betting Galleons. Lily didn't like this type of place at all, so moved on. Lily walked for about 3 minutes, but then saw a small cafe called Just In Thyme Teashop. It had lots of delicious looking cupcakes, muffins, and more. Lily liked this place at first sight. Tucking her hair behind her ears, Lily entered the cafe.
As Lily entered, she was surprised on how deserted the cafe was. There was a lady behind the counter, of whom Lily had never met before, some elderly witches laughing over a cup of pumpkin juice, and a small girl. Lily went over to the girl, and found out it was her best friend, Claire! "Hey Claire! Nice to bump into you there!" Lily said, sitting down opposite her friend. The waitress walked over and Lily ordered herself a Hot Chocolate and a muffin. As the waitress served her, Lily said thanks, then turned her attention back to Claire.
Lily noticed that Claire had a drawing on the table. "Can I see?" Lily asked, and then looked at the masterpiece. It seemed to be an aquatic scene with grindlylows, merfolk and many other sea creatures. "Its amazing!" Lily breathed. Claire had managed to draw every single detail on a bit of parchment. Lily smiled, she was happy for her friends talent.

OOC: The server has to come to the RP (Loni). And you have to post a link to your vault so that Loni can take away from the cost. Claire was shocked to see her friend. "Hi." she mumbled. Her head spun as she watched her friend order. Claire was so hungry that she was dizzy.
Claire wished to be alone because Theo and her had gotten in a fight. Even though they were still together, Claire was sad. He could be so annoying at times.
She held her head in her hands and thought. "I need to use the restroom. I'll be back." Claire said. Maybe it's PMS., she thought. [/center] |

Lily was taken aback by Claire's sudden angriness. What did she do wrong? Lily quickly put down the drawing. Maybe she had caught Claire at the wrong time? "I need to use the restroom. I'll be back." Lily let her go, and looked out of the window. It was still snowing small white flakes, and she knew this would be a great thing to draw.
Lily got out her sketch book and Quill from her bag, and started drawing the scenery. She started with the shops, then drew the small flakes falling from the sky. Lily had drawn every single detail, and then when she finished, held it up. Lily didn't think it was as good as Claire's drawing, but all the same, it was a fantastic masterpiece.
Lily waited for Claire to return. Why was Claire taking so long? Lily sat down and waited, her fingers tapping the table.

Claire's head numbed as she bent over the toilet. She wasn't on her period, which wasn't until the fifteenth. Her head zipped around as everything became blurry. She knew something was wrong. But she couldn't go to Rue de Paradis for a while because of the mountains of homework she was burdened with.
Claire inserted a quarter in the feminine hygiene product machine and stuffed one in her bag, just in case. She walked back to her friend at the table. "I'm so sorry. I felt sick and Theo and I got in a fight. Claire pulled out a chair and sat on the cushion. She sipped on a water bottle she had brought and smiled at her friend. "How are you? It's been a while. I have been a solitary student recently." Claire said with a chuckle.
She handed her friend a book titled, "The Great Gatsby" to her friend Lily and told her she could borrow it. It's very interesting. And it's muggle-written!" Claire exclaimed. Her eyes shifted groggily back into focus. Everything was clear again. |

Lily saw Claire coming back to the table."I'm so sorry. I felt sick and Theo and I got in a fight." Lily gasped. She didn't expect Claire and Theo to break up. "Tell me what happened" Lily said, staring at Claire.
"How are you? It's been a while. I have been a solitary student recently." Lily laughed with Claire when she said that, then "Yeah i'm fine, how have you been?" Lily added.
Claire passed Lily a book called The Great Gatsby. "It's very interesting. And it's muggle-written!" Lily smiled, and thanked Claire for letting her borrow it.
