Amanda ran into the beauxbatons castle soaking wet. It was pouring outside. Like someone had dumped a large can of water all over France. Amanda had never seen a rain like it! She looked down and noticed that she was still covered in rain. Perhaps she would clean it off in her dormitory.
The cossu Common Room was literally empty. Not a person in sight. Amanda entered her dorm. It was currently empty. Lily and Lis were probably doing something metamorphmagus related. Amanda went into her room and got a towel. She dried herself off and got some cocoa from her fridge.
After she dried completely and finished her cocoa, she decided to do some reading. Amanda looked in her trunk. She had already read all of her books. Perhaps she could read one in the library. Amanda headed to the entrance hall where the library was. She entered it and found a seat in the muggle novel section.

Lily entered the Library, feeling upset and depressed. It was early morning, but luckily she didn't have any lessons today. Of course, she didn't know why she was depressed, but all she wanted to be was alone. But, alone was impossible at Beauxbatons. Unless you could make yourself invisible at the click of a finger. That would be nice, a bit of peace and quiet, away from this world. Maybe Lily suffered with depression, but not that she cared or knew. Lily knew that aloneness was good sometimes, and she knew that she had a way of becoming invisible easily. Lily ran back to her empty dorm and chucked the invisibility cloak on top of her. She creeped back into the dorm and then went into a corner, and dug into her right pocket for a notebook. Lily started doodling in it while thinking straight on what happened.
So, Lily could feel emotional at a random time. Her hair was a light shade of blue, because as she was a Metamorphmagus, she could change her appearance at will. But, her appearance could change of her emotions or how she is feeling to. She found that annoying, for anyone could guess if they have made you feel bad or not. Lily doodled a scribbly picture of Beauxbatons castle. She could draw better, but she couldn't be bothered.
Lily then saw Amanda enter the Library. She didn't really feel like socialising with anyone at that moment. But, Lily thought another good prank might be in order. Just incase Amanda saw Lily under the cloak, Lily turned into a rather identical Amanda Jakobs, and continued doodling. Imagine her face if Amanda saw her! Lily smiled silently.

Amanda had just sped through the book. She had already read two muggle novels and a spell book. It was rather informative. Amanda never knew any of these spells before! Perhaps they were sixth year spells? Amanda often studied older year spells in her free time.
As Amanda reached to put the book away she heard a noise. It was coming from a couch across from her. Amanda slowly walked over to the couch which appeared to be empty. Appeared. She felt around and got to a lump in the air. A lump that felt like a human! One about her size.
It was an invisibility cloak. As Amanda pulled it off, she realized that the person was her. Amanda looked at the figure who was sketching Beauxbatons. Amanda realized who it was. Lily McG!
Amanda folded her arms as she sat beside her friend who was three years older than her. This "Two Amanda" joke was getting old. "It's not funny you know".

Amanda had spotted Lily's hiding spot quite quickly, but didn't exactly take to her prank. Lily smirked, and turned into her usual look. Lily looked away from her best friend and began doodling back on her notebook. Lily didn't judge people by age, and usually got on better with the younger ones. Lily loved being friends with everyone, well, most people. Lily hadn't forgotten that incident with Alexis, and some others. Lily had finished her drawing of a cartoon puppy, and then continued on one of her best drawings (which she has been doing for a week now to make it perfect), one of her family, including her late father.
Lily saw her uncompleted work of art. It showed three figures uncompleted, with then just showing a body with no clothes yet on. The face was expressionless, just a blank, white colour. Lily began on completing the clothes, her father wearing a black suit, her mother wearing a floral dress, and Lily wearing a sapphire blue dress. Lily smiled, this needed a lot of work.
Lily started doing the drawing some more.

Lily smirked and turned back into her usual form of Lily McG. Amanda smiled at her friend as she began doodling on the back of her notebook. She had then finished her cartoon of a puppy. It was actually really good. Amanda decided to sit down and draw with Lily.
The sofa was made of deep blue velvet. Amanda sat down on it. It was so comfortable! Amanda took out her notebook and began drawing a cartoon cat, sitting on a deer. It was actually Amanda and Lily in their animagus forms. Amanda looked at Lily's paper, which was now in the process of drawing a family. There were two adults, with a child.
Amanda realized that it was a drawing of Lily's family. It was amazing. So lifelike. Lily was truly a magnificent artist. Amanda looked back at her own paper and began drawing her own family. She included her late sister Evelynne.

you wear your flaws upon your sleeve[/ul]
[/blockquote] The idea was to catch up on work before classes started up again. It had come to mind while Rowan was reading her sister Mallory's latest letter wherein Mallory told her that Monica had been saying some harsh things in regards to Rowan's intelligence. Never one to be viewed as less than perfect, Rowan had vowed that she would show Monica just how dumb she was by getting all Os in the upcoming semester. The only problem with this was how far behind she was in all her classes. Rowan would never be the most naturally academic girl and this paired with her fondness of not paying attention in class gave her less than stellar marks and very little knowledge on what was being learned. But she was going to change that, just to prove Monica wrong. In all honesty, many of the things Rowan did was to be spiteful towards her sisters and brother but this particular situation went beyond that. Rowan liked to be seen as flawless and untouchable, a true ice queen, and appearing dumb definitely hindered that appearance.
This mission to do well in class was the reason Rowan made her way in to the library. The library in Beauxbatons wasn't her favourite place in the castle, but it was just as beautiful as everywhere else. Plus, she was certain it would have all the books she needed and that it would be a quiet environment where she could actually get some work done. Her first attempt at studying had been very unsucessful because ot lacked those two things. Because she wasn't much of a scholar, Rowan didn't own many books beyond the basic textbooks for class and her dorm was hardly the ideal place to study. Her roommate wasn't as unbearable as the last one but she was constantly coming and going. Additionally, all of her things in the dorm did nothinf but distract her. Many a time Roaan swore she really would start to take notes only to realize something like the fact that her long necklaces would look nicer hanging by colour instead of length. Thus, no work got done. Then she tried again in the Sournois common room with the same amoung of sucrss. The amount of students walking and moving around had made her skin crawl and when she did finally settle in to do work, Rowan had found that her textbooks were lacking in all the necessary information.
When she arrived at the library, Rowan knew that, in this case, the third time would be the charm. She chose a table in the muggle literature section, putposefully away from the other students who were studying. She didn't want anyone getting a grande idea like asking her a question. Here, there was only one other student, a few years younger and reading quietly. Rowan was just settling in to a pattern of studying when she was distracted by movement over where the other girl had been reading. Suddenly, there was two of her, identical in every way. She frowned as she watched them interact, the frown deepening when Girl #1 started talking. Rowan had chosen this spot specifically because it had seemed quiet and peaceful. Now, she was considering packing her things up and moving or asking the two girls to leave. However, before she could make up her mind, the two girls now looked like two different people and were settling down. Good, a time and quiet activity. But just for good measure, Rowan sent them a glare and mentally urged them to stay quiet, she had a sister to spite.
