As she waved off the last of her younger students Astrid breathed out a sigh. That'd been a rather taxing lesson but it wouldn't be her favorite job if it wasn't. Going around the room she picked up items from the floor, throwing away the trash and saving the thing unintentionally left behind.
It didn't take long for the next crowd of students entered the classroom, this one most more rowdy than the last. Things remained like that of a circus for a few minutes as everyone settled in and greeted her after their long break. "All right, all right," she finally called over the crowd, "everyone settle down so that we may begin our lesson." Everyone fell silent, sliding their eyes towards her direction. "Got your attention now?" she asked eyes twinkling. "Right. So welcome back! I hope you enjoyed your break and are ready to learn." Laughter and groans of complete uninterest echoed from the back causing her to chuckle.
"So," she said, "this first lesson is one that I've been most eager to teach you all. It it a subject not many feel comfortable touching on but I feel that in order for you all as young adults and students that you learn everything there is to know." Pausing, Astrid began walking through the rows of the room. "That is why today's lesson with be about werewolves." A glimmer of a shock and intrigue rippled around the room. "Now, what can anyone tell me about Werewolves? Don't be shy."
