Nick
[/b] pulled his hoodie over his shoulders and zipped it up halfway. It was grey, comfortable, cozy... everything you'd need it to be. As he strapped his watch to his watch around his wrist, he glanced at his reflection in the mirror. He deemed himself acceptable: olive skin clear of blemish, dark hair that seemed naturally tousled, and of course those white pearls that sat neatly between his lips; and he set off to the lake. It was one of those chilly days, but still warm enough to not bundle up in his opinion. He ran a hand through those messy locks as he walked through the corridors, brown eyes dancing with delight whenever a group of girls seemed to walk by, smiling lips concealed by their dainty fingers as they saw him watching. Every now and then he'd flash one of his ladykiller smiles and throw in a salute for good measure. He enjoyed the attention he received from women and girls all over - they loved his boyish charm and to be entirely honest, he was pretty happy that being himself got him far. He pulled his hood over his head, concealing him from behind as he walked quickly down the steps of the entrance hall. His footsteps muffled over the grand carpet in the hall, he walked directly towards the entrance of the school, and straight out onto the grounds. He let the cold wind wash over him, waking him fully, before he stuffed his hands into his pockets and head out towards the lake. There was something rather enchanting about that day, despite the gloomy gray skies and the weather that was an ode to the coming season ahead. As he saw the sparkling waters approach, he beamed and picked up the pace, already spotting a good rock to sit upon. He pulled out his wand and quickly cast a spell at the rock, heating it up so it wouldn't be freezing when he made it to his destination. He looked around him as he approached the rock, climbing upon it and taking a seat. There was enough room for at least one other person and he breathed into his hands, heating them up before stuffing them back into his pockets. He half hoped someone would come out and join him. Despite the coolness outside, he planned to take advantage of the weather seeing as normally it'd be frigid cold around this time - at least it was warming up, in a way. He looked around, admiring the trees as the leaves still fell around him as though in slow motion. You could hear some of them land atop their fellows on the ground, covering it in an autumn carpet almost completely obscuring the grass hiding underneath. He smiled as he heard approaching footsteps and as he lowered his hood and turned his head around to see the strange, his smile grew as it realized it wasn't a stranger at all. "Jenna!" he beamed, admiring the Cossu's raven hair as it shone even in the gloomy lighting. His sunlight coming in through the clouds. He extended a hand. He hadn't seen her in what seemed like forever and wanted something of a hug to commemorate their meeting. He had heard that she attended the school but hadn't found the time to properly meet up with her yet. [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

For what seemed like ages, Jenna had been sitting on the window seat of her dorm staring out of the window, looking at the brilliant misty view of Southern France. For some reason, the view reminded her of the views she had seen from the various hotels her family had stayed in when they went on holiday back in England. She missed her family terribly and really wished she could see them, especially her little brother Jacob. Jen had been sending owls to her brother who was at Hogwarts and had been sending letters back. Most of these letters had been about his new best friend Flavia. About a month ago, Jenna had received a letter from her brother which mentioned Flavia's older brother. The raven haired girl had been sending letters to Jacob about this guy and Jenna remembered that she had met Flavia and her brother during Jen's 3 month break from school back in London (as her parents had moved back over there). The sixteen year old had become fast friends with the older guy (who she discovered was called Nick), and managed to get his address.
Since their initial meeting, Jenna had been sending letters to Nick so that they could get to know each other. About a month ago, Jen received a letter from Nick asking where she went to school. She had found out that her friend was at the same school after she replied to his letter, saying that she went to Beauxbatons Academy and he replied stating that he went to the same school. "I can't quite believe we're at the same school," Jen thought to herself as she jumped up from where she was sitting onto the fluffy cream carpet of her dorm. Walking over to her bed, Jen sat down on the edge of her bed, pulled her ankle boots out from under it, then slipped her tight-covered feet into the boots. The next thing the girl did was grab her iphone and place it into her mini messenger bag. Pulling on her parka (after picking it up from her bed), Jen then slipped her bag strap over her head, straightened her skirt, waved a goodbye to Lucky and hurriedly walked out of the dorm, locking the door behind her.
She only wore her parka as the weather looked chilly. As Jenna walked down the corridors of the castle, she noticed there weren't many students about. In a matter of minutes, Jen had reached the big entrance doors. Opening the mahogany doors, Jen stepped out onto the porch and felt a cold breezze hit her face full on. She didn't realise it was that chilly so as she headed towards the lake for a walk, Jenna zipped her coat about two-thirds of the way up. As she got nearer and nearer to the lake, She noticed an older boy sitting by himself on top of a rock. Continuing her walk towards the sparkling waters of the lake, Jenna heard the rustling of the autumn leaves underfoot. Nearing the guy, Jenna realised that she she sort of knew him but couldn't remember where from.
Seeing the boy lower his hood, Jen took a glance at him and noticed that he resembled her friend Nick who she had met about 6 months ago. Finally reaching the rock, Jenna heard the boy (who looked older than her), exclaim "Jenna!" with a large grin on his face. Hearing this made something click in Jenna's brain. "This is Nick, the guy you met all those months ago." A little voice in Jenna's head piped up with. "Hey Nick." The raven haired girl exclaimed back at the boy as she played with a loose raven haired lock. "So, how have you been?" Jenna queried as she noticed his outstretched arm. Grabbing hold of his arm, Jenna climbed onto the rock, smoothed her skirt out and sat down next to the boy. As she waited for an answer, Jen kept noticing little things about Nick that she hadn't noticed previously.
