ok ok ok so i was super pumped about finding skins (i love researching too much) and i found some light and inbetween skins on caution to the wind. i tried to find skins that would have a nice display since i know this sight used to display otm awards and had a scrolling bar of professors, prefects, staff, etc. in-between skinsgasoline has a bunch of stuff we can put at the top and we could replace admin pictures with otm awards if we wanted to. there's a nice little stats box at the bottom (i'm a sucker for stats) feel like a young god is a bit simpler, but colors i always associated beauxbatons with. blue melodies is exactly as you would think it'd be: BLUE. technically colors of beauxbatons but also has a lot of info to put in the header. sound of drums has a nice feel to it and looks more like what this site has: centered, one topic per row (versus two per row) light skinsi miss you is pleasing to the eye (well at least to my eyes) and you can still see the graphics in the header when the header info comes up which i think is a plus since i'm sure we'll get a kickass picture sunny and 75 is one the brighter side and maybe less clutter at the top since you just click on the word (e.g. featured spots) and the info pops up in another box without leaving the main page. shiny toy guns is a bit simpler but the colors are nice to look at. it's centered and has multiple headers to view different information at the person's own will. i will follow i wasn't sure about since it's like bright neon blue but i liked the layout so the colors could be changed i'm sure if wanted to. SO YEAH! that's what i did for the past hour lol and they all have codes in the original posts so we don't have to ask/pm the maker so that means no more having to wait on other people. edit: oh those colors are pretty! i only looked for jcink stuff in that past hour but i'll look for some proboards too since i see that you have proboards and jcink too! |

those are so pretty!  omg i love them. especially the gasoline one. i do miss the otms we had and that could totally work plus it's very easy to read which would be good for new people coming on board (and for us too!)
edit: to throw one in there as well (even though you are amazing at searching! 
cold war could be a cool one. it is a dark skin so that might not be the best fit but it looks nice.

thanks! i thought so too! i started a jcink board to familiarize myself with the whole setting up process so i can be more of use lol but i'm glad we're getting somewhere now! xD i did come across that one! but i do like the colorful ones. i'd say we put it to a vote since it's just us two discussing but the last poll kinda didn't get anywhere...  |

i do too! they seem more inviting which is what we want lol i did the same and am slowly figuring things out...very slowly haha. yeah, i mean we could always just decide on one and then when it's time to change we could have a poll then? that way people can put their vote in later on? edit: i figured it out! yay! |

update for all of you patiently waiting to hear some news! sampson and i are working hard to get the site up and running for you very very soon. while it might seem like things are going slowly we promise it's only because we're putting only the best efforts into making this a place you'll really enjoy again. i know a lot of people were 100% against starting over on a whole new platform but the things is not a lot of people know we're even active anymore let alone what proboards is. as i've said before the is no way that anyone will delete this board and i'll even sign in as much as i can even after the other site is running if only for the sake of alerting any veterans of where we've gone.
we are taking a chance here in thinking this will solve the issues we're facing but both sam and i are willing to try it out at least once. you never know how long something is going to go unless you try and put effort into it.
on another note, if anyone of you want me to pm/email you when the site IS up and running go ahead and let me know through my messages that way i can compile a list of usernames or emails and send them out to you then. the only thing i ask is to give me something that you check often that way you don't miss the grand opening invite!
can't wait to show you all what's been hapening!

Warning: do not Join that site. They are a bunch of cold hearted Horriable peope... I say this because
I made it known I had somethings url I needed to deal with then I would return.. I went back to the site a week later and found they had banned me off that site... No reason what so ever...
Reason I call them cold hearted is because I am bedridden I had a stoke during a long pregnancy and have been bedridden. Rp is my only escape from my daily pain.and makes me wanna wake up each day.... and they banned me without cause..... I broke no rules... I did nothing to deserve getting banned. So thanks a lot!!!

First I'd like to apologize to anybody that wanted to post in here to discuss anything more fun and uplifting.
To destinylapraire: this example A of why. You left before we could really address how uncomfortable you were making the rest of our members with your dramatics. We gave you plenty of warnings as it is. We don't know what goes on in your life but I'm sorry you felt the need to ruin other people's day and innocent threads.
If anybody still visits this site, you're always welcome to judge for yourself but we do take anybody in that's willing to join. This is all I'm gonna post as this isn't a place to have petty fights. You're more than welcome to PM on this site if needed.
